As an Experienced Associate, you will support the firm’s commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant, and risk-aware engagements. The role partners closely with engagement teams, leadership, and QRM professionals to embed Deloitte’s quality standards, risk policies, and professional practice requirements across the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of engagement quality activities, including QA reviews, risk assessments, and governance processes aligned to Deloitte’s Quality Framework.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor engagement risks and quality issues, and support the implementation of mitigation plans with engagement teams.
  • Provide guidance to practitioners on QRM policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Escalate significant quality or risk matters to QRM leadership and engagement partners with clear, practical recommendations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Deloitte’s QA and QRM frameworks, including people, process, and technology initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business and Member Firms to promote a strong quality culture and consistent application of QRM principles.
  • Support reviews of large-scale, complex, and high-risk engagements across public and private sector clients.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with Deloitte policies, professional standards, and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree from a reputable University in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Strong data analysis skills, demonstrating the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Advanced reporting and dashboarding expertise to deliver actionable insights.
  • Typically, 3-6 years of experience in professional services, audit, risk, compliance, or quality management.
  • Advanced excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and data validation for high-quality reporting.
  • General understanding of engagement risk, professional standards, and quality management principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Highly self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiar with latest technology in data and workflow tools e.g. GenAI, CLM, ServiceNow.
