During your tenure as an Experience associate role in Ethics team, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Assists in coordinatization with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of ethics initiatives.
- Assists in planning, organizing ethics activities; and assisting in the administration of the Ethics Department.
- Assists in implementing appropriate objectives and working standards for the department and assesses adequacy of day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with these goals.
- Assists the Ethics Team in ensuring consistency, quality, and approach of the Department’s policy, advice, education, and investigation functions.
- Assists in assessing the adequacy of internal ethics rules, policies, and procedures.
- Follow up on the completion of mandatory e-learning modules related to ethics and compliance.
- Support the Ethics Team in handling ethics cases and documents with discretion and integrity, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in the draft, review and edit of reports, policies, and communications related to ethics and compliance.
- Ensure clear, concise, and accurate communication of ethics policies and procedures to all employees.
- Assist in following up on retaliation cases or any reported violations and/or concerns.
- Support Ethics team in conducting regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with ethical guidelines.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of ethics and integrity.
- Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Strong proficiency in basic PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) with a general understanding of data analysis techniques
- 3 -4 Years work experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate maturity, good listening skills, and strong writing abilities.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Show a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethical behavior and confidentiality
- Ability to think strategically and assist in the organization and management of a multi-disciplinary team; ability to sell additional services to clients
- Ability to conduct extensive research
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
