The successful candidate will be supporting and advising the direct client facing teams within Consulting on engagement delivery excellence.

This is a unique opportunity to engage in cross-border collaboration with Deloitte professionals across the Deloitte network, broadening your knowledge and building your competencies and skills.


The successful candidate’s key responsibilities include, among others:

  • Assist in performing initial risk screenings of opportunities and proposals, and Support identification of risks across key dimensions: Commercial (pricing, margin, payment terms), Delivery (scope clarity, timelines, dependencies), Compliance (regulatory, contractual obligations), Operational (resourcing, governance readiness)
  • Maintain structured risk logs and trackers
  • Support preparation for governance meetings, and Compile risk summaries, key issues, and supporting data for review meetings
  • Track action items, decisions, and approvals from governance meetings, and Ensure documentation completeness and audit readiness
  • Review proposal documents to flag standard risk indicators
  • Ensure opportunity documentation aligns with internal policies and guidelines, and Maintain version control and organized repository of risk-related documentation

·       Liaise with stakeholders (e.g. client facing teams, Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, QRM), and Support alignment between teams on risk-related matters

  • Follow up on risk mitigation actions and required inputs
  • Provide data-driven insights, and Prepare structured reports and dashboards, e.g: Risk status of key opportunities, Governance outcomes and trends
  • Developing a deep understanding of our Consulting service offerings
  • Work, including independently, within an environment where requirements change frequently and therefore this role is also likely to change and expand with time
  • Maintaining policies and procedures
  • Implementing, and maintaining standard delivery excellence procedures and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree from a reputable University in Risk Management, Business Administration, International Business or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years experience in a quality or risk management role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a demanding workload effectively and to be responsive
  • Experience of dealing with multiple senior stakeholders
  • Strong time management skills with ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure with a flexible approach
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to finishing tasks to the highest standards
  • Ability to quickly assess the risk areas and recommend ways of mitigating or managing them
  • Analytical skills - ability to use judgment, analyse facts and draw logical conclusions
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written 
  • Arabic is a plus
  • Good level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
