During your tenure as an Experienced Associate Executive Assistant, you will demonstrate your capabilities in the following areas:
- Managing multiple partners’ complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritizing appointments effectively.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and visa requirements.
- Preparing and reconciling expense claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assisting in day-to-day partner support, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation with strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Monitoring progress and escalating issues to ensure efficient resolution.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in administrative support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with flexibility, responsiveness, and discretion.
- Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing). Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
