During your tenure as an Experienced Associate, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Deloitte QRS -QRM Team on matters related to monitoring regulatory changes, assisting in the development of compliance programs, and ensuring that the Business is compliant with risk learnings and Government laws. You will also demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Remain up to date on industry regulatory topics and trends while ensuring program integrity during the delivery of engagements.
- Coordinate between business units and QRM to support effective communication and execution of risk and compliance activities.
- Analyze and validate data provided by business teams or stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of required filings and compliance reports.
- Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Escalate to the Senior Team members as appropriate and provide recommendations for resolution of identified challenges.
- Collaborate with teams across the business unit, DME, and other Deloitte Member Firms to enhance quality and Risk Management practices.
- Communicate and follow up with non-compliant members including Leadership to ensure they meet their compliance requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or a closely related discipline.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data effectively and present insights clearly and professionally.
- Team collaboration, showcasing the ability to work effectively within a team environment to achieve project goals.
- Support and encourage compliance and effectiveness in applying Quality and Risk Management policies and processes.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow workflows and solid understanding of organizational processes to support compliance and risk functions.
- Ability to perform well in a dynamic and deadline-oriented environment.
- Highly self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively.
- Intermediate data analysis skills, demonstrating the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Familiarity with international regulatory requirements, standers, and best practices relevant to compliance and risk management.
- Familiar with latest technology in data and workflow tools e.g., GenAI, CLM, ServiceNow, InTapp.
- Data modelling and automation knowledge.
- Proficiency in Arabic language will be regarded as an advantage.
- Experience in navigating Microsoft Teams for team collaboration and virtual coordination.
- Ability to quickly understand and respond to ad-hoc requests with accuracy and efficiency.
