IT Architect | Technology Strategy & Transformation | Amman, Jordan
The IT Architect is responsible to harmonizing the fields of business, application, data, and infrastructure architectures. They are expected to align technological strategies with the company's objectives by understanding both technical and business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create and revise reference models for various architectures.
· Coordinate with stakeholders to pinpoint requirements and design solutions accordingly.
· Record present and future architectures and conduct gap analyses.
· Coordinate with other technical and business expert to ensure the organization integrity.
· Formulate the related technical frameworks and reference models.
· Establish and enforce technical application, data, infrastructure and security standards and principles.
· Understand the EA tool usage
· Evaluate new technologies and tools to determine their utility
· Align the technical initiatives and projects with company vision
· Good knowledge on aligning the different technical components with security methods
- Understand and articulate enterprise architecture deliverables, with knowledge of the TOGAF framework.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• At least 4 to 12 years of experience in the development and implementation of technology strategies, preferably in a management or leadership capacity.
• Possessing exceptional communication and collaboration skills, as well as the capacity to work effectively with diverse constituents across the organization.
• Experience managing complex technology initiatives and leading cross-functional teams related to application, data, and infrastructure.
• TOGAF certification is preferred
