Cybersecurity Architectural Tech lead
As a Senior Cybersecurity Architect, you will lead the secure design and implementation of enterprise systems and digital solutions for clients operating in high-stakes environments. With over 8 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and enterprise security design, you will guide organizations through the full lifecycle of secure transformation—ensuring cybersecurity is embedded from ideation through execution.
This role offers the opportunity to shape strategic outcomes, reduce risk exposure, and drive secure innovation across complex, interconnected ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead advanced Security-by-Design analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Translate complex business needs into secure, scalable architectural solutions, integrating global standards like ISO 27001 and NIST and local regulatory frameworks like NCA.
- Perform detailed risk assessments and impact analyses across projects, advising on cybersecurity posture during pre-sales and planning phases.
- Develop and maintain technical cybersecurity specifications, ensuring implementation aligns with organizational and regulatory expectations.
- Oversee cybersecurity risk mitigation efforts throughout project delivery and lifecycle management.
- Prepare and present periodic cybersecurity reports to senior leadership, delivering insights on risks, controls, and compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, operations, and business teams to ensure cybersecurity compatibility across functions.
- Serve as a key advisor to leadership on cyber architecture governance and strategic planning initiatives.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, evaluating innovative solutions to enhance enterprise security architecture.
- Support proposal development and client engagements through early-stage cybersecurity architecture assessments.

You must have a passion for Cybersecurity, with a focus on building secure-by-design architectures that safeguard complex environments, align with business needs, and meet regulatory requirements.
For the role of Cybersecurity Architectural Tech Lead, you also need to have:
- Willingness and flexibility to undertake a full-time 12-24 months year secondment in KSA is mandatory.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity architecture, enterprise security design, or related domains.
- Deep understanding and practical application of frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, TOGAF, and SABSA.
- Proven ability to lead security architecture reviews, conduct risk and impact assessments, and guide design decisions through threat modeling and secure design principles.
- Experience embedding cybersecurity across IT/OT/cloud environments from early planning through full system integration.
- Skilled in developing technical specifications and ensuring integration with organizational policies, national regulations, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated success working across departments—aligning cybersecurity strategies with IT, engineering, and business teams.
- Strong capability to produce executive-level reports on cybersecurity status, risks, and mitigation efforts.
- Active in exploring emerging technologies and leading research initiatives to enhance cybersecurity architecture approaches.
- proficiency in English language is a must
