- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability analyses of OT systems and networks.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices for OT environments.
- Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to enhance the security posture of OT systems.
- Design, build and assist in technical implementation of specific security solution for OT environment. This includes OT discovery, and vulnerability management tools (e.g., Nozomi, Claroty, Dragos, ServiceNow), Secure remote access (e.g., CyberArk, Secomea, Bomgar), Active directory, USB kiosk decontamination (e.g., OPSWAT), Firewall based network segmentation (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, CISCO), Endpoint detection and response (e.g., CrowdStrike, TrendMicro)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of cybersecurity measures in OT projects.
- Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies relevant to OT environments.
- Assist in the development and delivery of cybersecurity training and awareness programs for clients.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on security assessments, findings, and recommendations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to match the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 1 year of experience in OT/IoT cybersecurity.
- Good understanding OT systems, protocols, and architectures (e.g., SCADA, DCS, PLCs).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001).
- Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with network security, commonly used protocols, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and incident response.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA, Security+, NNCE, CISSP, GICSP
- CISM is a plus
