Deloitte is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant with Knowledge of Cyber and IT assessments and principles, ability to understand cyber, IT and information security regulations and how they translate into controls, updated on emerging trends, audit tools, best practices for specific sectors, and regulatory developments in the field of information security, technology, assessments and cyber.
As a consultant in Cyber Risk Advisory Services – Assessment and Readiness team you need to have the following skills:
· Technical Skills:
o Knowledge of various IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
o Knowledge of the different regulatory standards such as but not limited to COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 223001.
o Familiar with internal audit / maturity gap assessment.
o Knowledgeable in ERP systems and business applications including but not limited MS Dynamics, Oracle and databases is preferred.
o Support in identifying and evaluating business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
o Experience in preparing detailed internal audit / maturity – gap assessment reports, including findings and recommendations.
o Support in the use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and / or implement products and services.
· Soft Skills
o Good communications interpersonal and presentation skills.
o Ability to grasp both business and technical processes and concepts.
o Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
o Ability to conduct extensive research, analyze and propose solutions.
o Well organized, efficient and detail oriented.
o Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in internal audit or cybersecurity (e.g., Security+, CIPP, CISSP, CISM, CISA) are highly desirable.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in performing internal audits and assessments.
- A willingness to work as part of a diverse team.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and lifelong learning.
- A passion for technology and a drive to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.
- An open mindset, allowing you to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the success of your team.
- Personable with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- An ability to remain calm under pressure whilst continuing to pay attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to address client’s challenges.
- Ability to travel as needed to client sites
