During your tenure at the Enterprise Risk team, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
· Actively participate in decision making with engagement management and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions.
· Generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo
· Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and / or implement products and services
· Play substantive / lead role and engagement planning, economics, and billing
· Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services
· Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
· Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
· Understand clients' business environment and basic risk management approaches
· Participate in proposal development efforts
· Work with teams to support and/or lead client engagements and internal initiatives across key areas of internal audit, enterprise and operational risk, business continuity, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–8 years’ experience in internal audit, risk advisory, business continuity, or related fields.
• Relevant certifications (or progress toward): CIA, CRMA, CISA, ISO 22301, CRISC, CBCP, CISM, IRM or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Internal Audit, GRC tools methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Consulting or professional services experience (Big 4 or boutique firm preferred).
• Exposure to multiple sectors (e.g., financial services, public sector, healthcare, energy, or technology).
* Should have experience in building relationships, identifying opportunities.
* Experience in power BI and dashboards is a plus.
* Should have proven presentation skills, and ability to inspire and deal with a cross-functional team.
* Should have exposure and understand the Middle East market culture and dynamics.
* Flexibility to travel is a must
