Economic Advisory

We are a fast-growing practice of c.12 professional economists, and work work closely with clients across the Middle East Region. We are looking to expand the team through the recruitment of an exceptional senior economist to be based in our Office in Doha. The role will require you lead the day-to-day work of the practice in Qatar, and you will report into the Economic Advisory leadership team based in the UAE.

You will be a leader in your field and passionate about using microeconomics and analysis to serve client needs. You will be well regarded and recognized by clients as someone who makes a difference to them and someone who they turn to for advice on their most complex challenges. You will be entrepreneurial and excited about the ability to deploy economics in a Big 4 environment. During your tenure as an Assistant Director in the Economic Advisory Practice, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

  • Managing and leading teams working on client engagements;
  • Helping develop the strategy and thinking in client engagements;
  • Direct and manage interaction with clients;
  • Contributing to the thought leadership of the Economic Advisory practice;
  • Building your own area of expertise, and building the wider capability of the practice; and
  • Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution
