Deloitte is seeking a Junior or Experienced Graduate to join our Supply Chain "Product Engineering and Development" practice in Cairo. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious graduates to dive into tech-enabled projects, with a strong focus on implementing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for leading clients across the globe. You'll play a vital role in driving digital transformation, particularly within the consumer and engineering, resources and industrials industries, optimizing product engineering and development and delivering tangible impact from day one.

You'll collaborate with a dynamic team of experienced engineers and tech specialists, learning to analyze complex product engineering and development processes, identify areas for innovation, and design smart solutions. This hands-on role means working directly with clients, translating their operational challenges into opportunities for efficiency and growth through advanced systems. You need:

• A Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (e.g., Pharmaceuticals, Bio Engineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline), with graduation in 2024 or 2025.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in technical or techno-functional roles, with a strong preference for backgrounds in product engineering, PLM implementations, data analytics, or consulting-led transformations.
• Hands-on experience in PLM functional testing, including the development of automated test scripts and execution frameworks to support high-quality system delivery.
• A strong academic record.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• A demonstrated strong interest in the industrial products, consumer or energy, resources and industrials industries, ideally with relevant coursework, projects, or internships.
• An eagerness to learn about engineering and manufacturing processes, information systems, and data analytics in an operational context.
• Being passionate about the latest technology trends and developments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), supply chain, or factory automation concepts, gained through academic or practical experience.
• Experience using data analysis and AI tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R, or GenAI) to derive insights from structured or unstructured data in academic or project settings.
• Data management principles and core information technology concepts, with the ability to apply them in an enterprise context.
• Experience in configuration, testing and deployment process automation (experience with: RedHat, Python, Java automation scripts) 

Required Software Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, Teams).
• Hands-on experience with leading PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault Systems ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE, Or other enterprise PLM solutions.
