Deloitte is seeking a talented for a Creative UI and Digital Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and user-friendly digital products that align with our company's brand identity or create a unique UI for product. Your role will involve designing user interfaces, developing visual interactions, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all digital platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design engaging and intuitive user experiences using an iterative lean UX approach of continuous improvement
• Create big-picture workflows as well as execute detailed visual & interaction design
• Create user-friendly designs that enhance usability and optimize the overall user experience, while identifying design challenges and proposing elegant, effective solutions.
• Produce all design assets including concept designs, user flows, wireframes, user scenarios, journey maps, mockups, etc. that support intuitive and seamless user interactions.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations of existing products to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop innovative approaches to complex design problems, presenting your ideas through mockups, presentations, and detailed design specifications.
• Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, best practices, and methodologies in areas like information architecture, interaction design, and usability.
• Operate effectively in both collaborative environments with other UX designers and autonomously when acting as the sole UX designer on a product squad.
• Deliver high-quality UX work on time, showcasing your expertise in user experience design and detailed interactions.
• Work within a small, empowered product team to balance business objectives with user needs, collaborating with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Create user interface designs using design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or others.
• Produce high-quality visual designs for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and user experience.
• Design and develop reusable UI components to ensure consistency across all web and mobile apps.
• Develop design systems to unify visual elements across all products and platforms.
• Manage design libraries and ensure they are regularly updated based on project or product needs.
• Design user interfaces compatible with all devices (mobile, tablet, desktop) while optimizing user experience across different screens.
• Utilize responsive web design techniques to ensure designs adapt to all screen sizes and browsers.
• Ensure all user interface elements are consistent with the brand identity and specific design guidelines of the company or project.
• Create and manage libraries of reusable UI components to accelerate the design process and ensure consistency.
• Ensure a seamless and reachable visual experience even in low-connectivity environments or on devices with limited capabilities.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, expectations, and how they interact with the product.
• Develop user flows and sitemaps to define the optimal user journey within the application.
• Create and test prototypes with users to gather feedback and improve the experience before starting the development phase.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented correctly and align with the user's vision.
• Work with the product team to prioritize features and provide design recommendations based on market needs and user feedback.
• Conduct usability testing to identify weaknesses in the user experience and work to improve them.
• Write and document design guidelines to ensure all team members adhere to the same standards.
• Train and guide development teams on how to apply design standards to ensure consistency.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of designs
• Understanding client needs and ensuring designs meet their expectations.
• Creating presentations to communicate design recommendations to management.
• Providing regular updates on project status and improvements.
• Developing strategies to keep users satisfied and engaged with the product.
• Staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in design schools, with +7 years of experience in Interaction Design, digital product design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Experience with design systems and design accelerators.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with Arabic design. Ability to work within a self-directed culture and navigate ambiguity
• Experience with concepting, ideation, and iterative prototyping

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with prototyping tools and methodologies.
• Experience with product animiatons.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
