- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with Payments and Cards Value streams to translate functional requirements into designs
- Candidate must be able to suggest solutions as per Temenos Transact core capabilities
- Facilitate workshops with value streams and the client
- Act as the liaison between core banking squad and other teams.
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis
- Understand the business requirements.
- Translate the requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, and suggest solutions.
- System Configuration and Customization
- Configure the Temenos Transact core banking system according to requirements, to fulfill specific needs while ensuring adherence to best practices and core features.
- Testing support
- Support the development and execution of functional test cases.
- Identify and resolve issues discovered during testing – defect triage.
- Implementation Support
- Assist in the deployment of the Temenos Transact system (e.g.: check specific functionalities after deployment, etc.)
- Ensure smooth transition and go-live of the system.
- Documentation
- Create comprehensive documentation for configuration changes, and test cases
- Post-Implementation Support
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to clients after implementation.
- Address and resolve any issues or requests from clients promptly.
- Continuous Improvement
- Seek opportunities for improving system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of the Temenos Transact system.
- Recommending system enhancements or upgrades when necessary.
Connect to your skills and professional experience
- 7 + years of relevant experience in banking and financial services.
- Experience in bank card operations
- Experience in KSA specific payment solutions and payment rails
- In-depth knowledge of Temenos Transact core banking solutions – at least 5 years of experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, in different locations and time zones

Personal Independence
