The Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules. This role requires strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, business process analysis, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Financials solutions.
  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses.
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance with Oracle Fusion Finance best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and develop integrations, reports, and extensions.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Support data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Assist in the development of test scripts, perform system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion Financials post-implementation.
  • Stay updated with Oracle Fusion Financials product updates, patches, and new features.
  • Document functional specifications, process flows, and configuration settings.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as an Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management).
  • Understanding financial business processes and accounting principles.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementation lifecycle.
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, or other reporting tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of integration tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is advantageous.
  • Oracle Fusion Financials certification preferred.
