- Infrastructure Management
- Environment Setup: Set up and maintain development, testing, and production environments.
- Manage the cloud based infrastructure (OCI)
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- Pipeline Setup: Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
- Version Control: Integrate version control systems to manage code changes seamlessly.
- System Monitoring
- Monitor System Health: Regularly check the status and performance indicators of the Temenos Transact system.
- Issue Identification: Detect and diagnose system alarms or performance issues.
- Daily Operations Management
- Batch Processing: Execute scheduled batch processes like end-of-day and end-of-month operations.
- Transaction Monitoring: Ensure the proper flow and processing of transactions through the system.
- System Maintenance
- Routine Tasks: Perform routine maintenance to ensure system stability.
- Patches and Updates: Apply system patches and updates following organizational policies.
- Backup and Recovery: Take regular backups and ensure recovery procedures are in place.
- Automation
- Develop scripts for automating routine tasks such as deployments and monitoring.
- Configuration Management: Utilize tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet for automated configuration management.
- Monitoring and Logging
- Real-time Monitoring: Implement and maintain monitoring tools to oversee system performance.
- Log Analysis: Set up and manage logging solutions for debugging and performance analysis.
- Collaboration and Support
- Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure streamlined workflows.
- Issue Resolution: Provide support for development teams to resolve issues impeding deployment.
- Documentation
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and automation scripts.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and documentation with client teams
Connect to your skills and professional experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Temenos Transact core banking solutions – at least 2 years of experience
- Strong skills in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure services – OCI is an advantage
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, in different locations and time zones
