During your tenure as a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for technical design and development of the solution and, therefore, bringing the Product Owner’s vision & ideas to life. The Delivery Manager is an expert and role model in organising teams & individuals in line with the roadmaps/priorities defined by the business and managing the risks, impediments and financials as a servant leader. You will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas
- Leading the technical design and the development of the solution
- Leading all functional and technical streams taking part in the delivery
- Ensure the technical design is being implemented being compatible with the functional requirements and vision of the Product Owner
- Co-ordinating resource allocation
- Overseeing planning activities and assists with proactively identifying and mitigating risks
- Providing status reporting ensuring overall progress and success is visible to the stakeholders at all times
- Heling the team become more efficient by improving processes, communication, etc.
- Owning the relationship with all third-parties or external teams
- First point of contact with leadership and client management providing proper reporting and escalation when applicable
- Ensure all aspects of agile delivery are being met and team is meeting expected milestone and sprint milestones

Qualifications:
- 8 to 12 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 to 3 years in leading large-scale project deliveries.
- Proven involvement in a minimum of 2 to 3 major project implementations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Expertise in risk management, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation throughout project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Arabic (Arabic proficiency is mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to provide actionable insights.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools to enhance project delivery and adaptability.
- Effective planning and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Solid technical foundation with expertise as a Functional Solution Architect.
