We are seeking a creative, flexible, agile, and solution-driven Graphic Designer (Contractor) to join our Growth Brand Communications and Marketing team based in Beirut. This role will serve Deloitte Middle East centrally, with a primary focus on delivering high-quality graphic design work for bids and proposals. The successful candidate will work closely with client-facing teams to develop elevated branded decks for new business opportunities, including client-branded work when required.

  • Collaborate closely with client-facing teams to develop elevated, visually compelling branded decks for new business bids and proposals.
  • Design and deliver high-quality presentation materials that strictly adhere to Deloitte’s core brand guidelines, as well as sub-brands such as Deloitte Digital and Monitor Deloitte, ensuring consistency and brand integrity across all outputs.
  • Create client-branded decks when required, adapting designs to align with the client’s brand identity while maintaining Deloitte’s professional standards.
  • Work efficiently and with agility to meet tight deadlines, managing multiple requests simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize PowerPoint templates and other presentation assets to streamline the creation of bid and proposal decks, enhancing usability and visual impact.
  • Ensure all design work is polished, professional, and tailored to the strategic objectives of each bid or proposal.
  • Stay up to date with Deloitte’s brand guidelines and sub-brand nuances to ensure all materials reflect the latest standards.
  • Provide quick turnaround on design requests, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide design advice, and ensure alignment with overall bid strategy.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality of deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/BA/BS in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related fields required.
  • Up to 3-4 years of experience, preferably with a creative agency background.
  • Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to contribute new ideas and translate concepts into practical and executable designs.
  • Hands-on, can-do attitude; willing to roll up sleeves to prepare materials and contribute directly as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with good project management skills.
  • Perfect command of Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in creating and reviewing bilingual content (English and Arabic).
  • Excellent working knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • In-depth understanding of how we communicate visually as an organization.
  • Strong planning and collaboration skills.
  • Great research abilities to stay informed on recent design trends and news across the region.
