We are seeking a creative, flexible, agile, proactive, and solution driven creative brand and marketing associate to join our Growth Brand Communications and Marketing team. This individual will be based out of Beirut and will serve Deloitte Middle East centrally. This role is pivotal in driving our brand's creative output across all marketing communications channels, with a special emphasis on video creation and editing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual storytelling, video production, and editing, alongside a keen eye for design and branding. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Arabic, with a strong ability to create visually compelling content that aligns with our brand and business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and design external communication content, ensuring high-quality design standards.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, digital assets and ppt presentations.
- Ensure all creative output is consistent with the brand's voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Produce high-quality video content, including promotional videos, social media clips and presentations.
- Edit and manage end-to-end video production process, from storyboarding and scripting to filming and post-production.
- Provide on-site support at events for creative as relevant, overseeing design deliverables and ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to feed into the social media content calendar with visually appealing graphics.
- Research, contribute and stay up to date with best practices in graphic design such as the latest AI tools and technological advancements, providing efficient solutions to optimize efficiencies and ensure practicality.
- Maintain processes to ensure high-quality design deliverables and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/BA/BS in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related fields required.
- 3-4 years of experience, preferably with a creative agency background
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to contribute new ideas and translate concepts into practical and executable designs.
- Hands-on, can-do attitude, i.e., rolls up sleeves to prepare for events and contributes directly as part of a team to prepare marketing collateral.
- Self-motivated with good project management skills.
- Perfect command of Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in creating and reviewing bilingual content (English and Arabic).
- Excellent working knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- In-depth understanding of how we communicate visually as an organization.
- Strong planning and collaboration skills.
- Great research abilities to stay informed on recent design trends and news across the region.
