Areas of Responsibility

During your tenure in Organization and Workforce Transformation, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

  • Help clients within the Middle East region solve complex issues by performing analysis, providing recommendations, and utilizing a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools and technology
  • Scope, deliver, and lead components of project work across a range of Organization and Workforce Transformation solutions, including, but not limited to, organization design, workforce planning, talent management and change management.
  • Participate in cross-functional internal and client teams to develop and deliver strategic Organization and Workforce scopes of work that would support the client growth agenda and aspiration.
  • Design solutions that can help address complex organizational and people related issues, achieve sustainable results, and demonstrate real impact.
  • Leverage standard processes, tools and methodologies to help optimize the clients’ organizational efficiency and effectiveness, and workforce strategies and programs.
  • Present an approachable and professional style while engaging and communicating with others in an effort to build lasting relationships with client and team.
  • Support business development by contributing to new business proposals and taking roles in industry and account teams.
  • Contribute to internal practice development by participating in proposition, methodology and point of view development activities and supporting knowledge capture and sharing.

Required Skills/ Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology or other relevant degree, MBA or a relevant Master degree or certificate is a plus
  • 3- 12 years of relevant experience
  • Preferable qualifications: The following qualification(s) are preferable and beneficial for the candidate to perform the role ProSCI, CIPD, GPHR, SHRM or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience of working on projects ideally in a consulting organization, or in an internal consultant role
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams, and fast-paced project environments
  • Ability to develop and manage client/stakeholder relationships at all levels in an organization
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Fluency in English is mandatory with Fluent Arabic preferred
  • Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Willingness to travel (required)
