Major Programs – Senior Consultant to Manager

During your tenure in Major Programs, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:


  • Build operate and transfer PMOs
  • Understand PMO frameworks, templates and tools management
  • Build technology PMO with ERP(SAP or Oracle)
  • Participate or lead technology implementations
  • Own the development of high quality and impactful Major Programs deliverables      within agreed timelines to deliver a superior client experience
  • Understand how business functions operate and how industry / sector trends      impact a client’s business
  • Engage in stakeholder engagement activities and collaborate with clients to          understand their needs and solve their most complex and pressing issues
  • Recommend appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data, in order to      develop informed recommendations that shape or support the client’s business  strategy
  • Organize insights and define a logical and structured flow to tell a story when    presenting findings and / or recommendations
  • Keep abreast of regional and global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations
  • Contribute to the management of workstreams / teams including identifying priorities, allocating tasks, providing guidance, reviewing work, and providing constructive feedback
  •  Support with project management activities to ensure project delivery on time, within budget and as per quality standards
  •  Maintain composure through conflict and sensitive situations and escalate issues to engagement/account leadership in a timely manner
  • Contribute to business development opportunities including proposal development and client presentations by understanding client requirements and designing appropriate solutions

  • An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business Management, or other related fields or any relevant degree, MBA or a relevant master's degree or certificate is a plus
  • 6- 10+ years of relevant experience as minimum in one or more of those sectors (Public sector,
  • Business process experience is a big plus.
  • SAP or Oracle ERP experience is a plus
  • Dashboard Development (Power BI and or Tableau etc.)
  • Project management and coordination experience
  • Experience in setting up different PMO/ transformational offices
  • Experience in Strategy execution and performance management
  • Experience in delivering complex projects and programs
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic is plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork
  • Leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to details
  • Worked with project, program and steering committees
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment with flexible work hours
  • Willingness to travel (required)
  • PMI-PMP or equivalent is a must
  • EPM experience (Administration, configuration, development and customization)
