During your tenure as a Instructional Training Designer in our Organization and Workforce Transformation practice, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

 

·       Collaborate with functional and technical subject matter experts to identify training needs, design the training curriculum, develop story boards and then design the training content

·       Design and develop engaging training material, including e-training modules, instructor-led training, job aids, quick reference guides and multimedia resources.

·       Implement and facilitate training programs, workshops, and training sessions to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and competencies

·       Leverage a variety of instructional design methodologies and technologies to create effective and interactive training experiences

·       Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to measure training outcomes and make improvements.

·       Research and stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in training and development to continuously enhance our programs.

·       Partner with stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with business goals and address organizational needs.

·       Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in implementing performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.

·       Collaborate with external vendors, trainers, and consultants as needed to deliver specialized training programs or resources.

 

Qualifications:

 

·       A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the similar role

·       Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field

·       Verbal and written proficiency in Arabic and English

·       Proven experience as a Training and Development Specialist or in a similar role.

·       Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, and training methodologies.

·       Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-training authoring tools

·       Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners

·       Strong project management skills to successfully plan, execute, and evaluate training initiatives.

·       Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs.

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines

·       Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong command of English is mandatory with fluent Arabic preferred

·       Strong proficiency in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel

·       Willingness to travel (required)
