- Ensure configuration workbooks are maintained and up to date
- Ensure the system is meeting data security requirements and best practice
- Help solve complex technical challenges which may involve working with teams in the wider technology function, business stakeholders and other vendor(s)
- Assist in the management and delivery of large projects

- Ensure skills are updated regularly ensuring accreditations and qualifications are maintained
- Work alongside the Solution Architect to explore new system features ensuring they're fit for purpose and are aligned with People Technology strategies
- Apply standards, tools, methods, and processes for developing applications which ensures their quality and efficient maintainability
- Ensure continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors associated integrations in line with agreed roadmaps from the client
- Proactively monitor and manage feature retirements communicating with the business accordingly
- Provide specialist systems knowledge to stakeholders ensuring you are the "go to person" for functional and technical expertise
- Investigate and support HR issues, including organization design, HR implications of business transformation, HR function effectiveness in SAP SuccessFactors with their integrations
- Contribute towards the solution design, review, and alignment of deliverables, and ensure project team adhere to all quality standards to pass the Q -gate review and signoff from client
- Mentor project resources
- Support the progress of the team, working closely with other business teams
- Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions
- Should have 3 years’ experience in the setup and management of a SAP SuccessFactors
- Engage with SAP Community and user groups
- Proven experience with continuous development and change management including configuration changes, module implementation and release management
- Supporting configuration, testing, training and change management workstreams.
- Ability to make the business case for the SAP technology solution recommended to the client
- Should be able to lead Train the trainer sessions with key business owners, prepare training material.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic Languages
- Working knowledge of ACTIVATE Methodology for implementation of SF project
- 4 to 8 years of experience in HR Transformation. Experience in Consulting is a plus
- An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or any relevant degree, MBA or a relevant Master degree is a plus
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving skill.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and perform bug fixes in system built.
- Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices
