During your tenure as Technology Project Manager, aim to manage the different technical projects within the organization with having a good technical understanding of different domains (Technology, data, infrastructure), ITPM is expected to direct the creation and execution of the organization's technology strategy, working closely with senior leaders to drive tech-based innovation and ensure alignment with strategic goals.  You will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

  • Develop and present comprehensive business cases to justify technology investments and gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale technology implementations, including ERP, Oracle, SAP, or similar systems.
  • Drive projects using Agile delivery methodologies, ensuring effective sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from process mapping and requirements gathering to testing, rollout, and release management.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and execute robust communications and change management strategies to ensure successful user adoption and minimize disruption.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various departments and external partners.
  • Implement and manage robust testing strategies to ensure the quality and integrity of solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of experience in consulting or system integration (SI) roles, preferably with a Big Four firm.
  • Proven experience working on projects in diverse global locations such as Canada, the UK, France, etc.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, large technology implementations (e.g., ERP, Oracle, SAP).
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile delivery principles and practices.
  • Expertise in business case development, process mapping, requirements gathering, testing, rollout, and release management.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective communications and change management plans.
  • Certified Project Manager (e.g., PMI PMP, SAFe Agile, CSM).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
