Job description:

·       To check WIN opportunities and monitor if any delays in opening codes with Growth and Finance team’s support and submit a weekly report with all the delayed codes to partners and leaders to support pushing them through.

·       To support the engagement team with raising all type of the onboarding requests (Conflict check clearance/SRM approvals/Business relationship clearances/Deal review board/ PICG / DRMS/ Legal review/Unlimited Liability and working “At-risk” approvals).

·       Work with MECCAT to expedite the client onboarding process. In case if any delays to connect with the related team and to solve the issue and if any challenges to report back to partners.

·       Monitor the turnaround time for all requests.

·       Submit a monthly report about the process efficiencies, red flags and the challenges faced and put suggestions forward for QRM assessment (if needed).

·       To keep the onboarding tracker updated with the daily opportunities & Wins.

·       To follow up with the engagement team where and when needed.

·       Report IFA audits on quarterly basis.

·       To follow up, monitor and report the archiving process.

·       Pricing sheet monitoring.

·       Ad hoc.
