Key Responsibilities
- Perform the requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation of business and system requirements in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Assist in developing and maintaining frameworks that align with the organization's business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct business process analysis and assess the impact of technology solutions across departments.
- Provide support with proposals and RFP responses.
- Develop and document use cases, user stories, process flows, and service journey maps using industry-standard tools, ensuring clarity across both technical teams and business stakeholders.
· Translate business requirements into clear and actionable system requirements (functional and non-functional).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business/technical units to ensure alignment of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
· Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
- Contribute to training and knowledge transfer activities.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of professional experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or consulting roles.
- Professional certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is optional.
- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or workflow automation tools.
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
