During your tenure in Finance & Performance, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Finance strategy and TOM
- M&A finance including creation, separation and integration of finance functions
- ERP enabled finance transformation for both SAP and Oracle, focused on process with tech awareness
- Global business services incl finance shared services and outsource advisory.
- Enterprise performance management and including planning, MI, profit/cost management/cost reduction. Key technologies are SAP, Oracle, OFSAA, Anaplan, Onestream amongst others
- Digital finance
- Finance service delivery models including finance organization design and talent management and learning and development
- Finance advanced analytics including finance data scientists leveraging technologies like SAS, SPSS etc
- Finance transformation program management office including program management, change management and business case management
- Finance operates including managed services
- FSI folks should also have finance, risk, treasury, operations and tech experiences in banking and insurance
- GPS folks should have finance setup, public finance management, IPSAS, Corporatisation and Divestments
- Other sectors of interest are ERI, TMT and Consumer
Qualifications:
- Currently a 3rd year or final year undergraduate degree in Economics or Finance.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good command of written and spoken Arabic
- Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on team working
- Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyze complex data with good attention to details.
