A Client Account Manager (CAM) supports the leadership team of key accounts which includes the Lead Client Service Partner (LCSP) as well as Lead Business Partners (LBPs). The CAM plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the pipeline of projects and initiatives related to the key Government and Public Services accounts within the Middle East. This Internal Client Services (ICS) position requires passion and adequate understanding of the industry, analytical reasoning, and strategic thinking. To succeed in this role, you will have to build strong relationships with all account stakeholders – the leadership, the service team, and the client procurement team, and provide proactive strategy contributions that support account growth. You will also be expected to navigate and collaborate across the wider firm’s network as you will be reliant on its support in daily account management operations including learning from best practices. This internal role is based in Amman.
Key Responsibilities
Account Strategy:
- Support the LCSP to develop, drive and implement account strategies and initiatives
- Conduct market research on local and global trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Economic KPI and performance monitoring
- Competitor and market position insights
- Ongoing SWOT and other relevant analysis as required to provide strategic recommendations
- Track financial performance against annual account plans and develop insights to support growth
- Coordinate account team strategy meetings and analyze large data sets to produce clear and insightful executive level reports
- Support key pursuits and produce Win/Loss information and account information
- Build network within internal account teams and broader firm teams that include Finance, Growth, and GPS
- Build relationship with client’s procurement teams and other relevant business stakeholders
- Support Account Labs and Eminence events including content and logistics
- Revenue and pipeline dashboard development and maintenance
- Manage, track, and report pipeline updates on Jupiter and perform regular data cleansing
Account Management:
- Track financial performance against annual account plans and develop insights to support growth
- Coordinate account team strategy meetings and analyze large data sets to produce clear and insightful executive level reports
- Support key pursuits and produce Win/Loss information and account information
Stakeholder Management:
- Build network within internal account teams and broader firm teams that include Finance, Growth, and GPS
- Build relationship with client’s procurement teams and other relevant business stakeholders
- Support Account Labs and Eminence events including content and logistics
Pipeline Management & Analysis:
- Prepare regular analytical reports (Excel/MS Office/PPT) and updates for leadership, summarizing the status of ongoing projects, key milestones, and any issues or opportunities
- Manage activities on procurement portals in relation to RFPs, questions and responses, and proposal submission
- Distribute RFPs and related information, coordinating with the account team and project teams
- Track and review RFP submissions and manage vendor registrations for new companies
Invoicing:
- Review and confirm details to ensure accuracy
- Submit, monitor, and follow up on responses
- Portal management and documentation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or any other related business studies
- English language fluency required; Arabic is a plus
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in Professional Services and Government and Public Services Industries are a plus
- Able to work effectively with stakeholders in a matrix and multi-cultural organization
- Possess strong project management and analytical reporting skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to analyze large number of quantitative and qualitative data and synthesize findings
- Confident communicator who can interact with senior leadership
- Proficiency (advanced) with Excel and PowerPoint
