Central Growth | BCM | Digital Marketing Associate

During your tenure as a Digital Marketing Associate, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas: 

  • Work with the digital marketing team to create and implement social media marketing plans for Deloitte in the Middle East.
  • Oversee and manage the presence of all of Deloitte’s social media accounts as well as publishing dashboards.
  • Review and clear all social content before go-live to ensure proper brand representation.
  • Review analytics to assess success and recommend improvements for the future.
  • Develop creative strategies to increase followership and engagement.
  • Coordinate content creation plans for Deloitte’s employee advocacy program as well as assist in program growth plans.
  • Manage site requests and analytics extraction to support the team in delivering work and reports.
  • Manage our video platforms and coordinate requests with the different parties involved.
  • Assist in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) planning and reporting as well as support businesses in day-to-day actions.
  • Explore the use of new digital tools in line with our business and strategy.

Qualifications:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree/BA/BS in marketing, communications, business administration or related fields required.
  • Digital marketing certificates or trainings.
  • 1-2 years of experience, preferably in digital marketing, social media, and site management.
  • Team player with ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, trends, and best practices
  • Good knowledge in Google, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn advertising platforms as well as analytics tools.
  • Basic understanding of technical software and languages.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive campaigns from the target audience’s view.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills; with an ear for authentic, persuasive language, strong listening skills, and quick understanding of audience and content.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to contribute new ideas as well as translate concepts into practical and executable plans.
  • Passionate and results driven.
  • Perfect command of Arabic and English.
