During your tenure as a Word Processor & Typist Associate in Audit & Assurance, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas: 

  • Proactively manage the Audit & Assurance requests and check completed work for spelling, grammar punctuation, and format.
  • Work with technical material, preparing statistical reports, planning and typing statistical tables, and combining and rearranging material from different sources.
  • Proofread documents, records, or other files to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist staff with basic administration and tasks including typing, photocopying, faxing and other clerical tasks.
  • Provide other tasks and responsibilities as may be required.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of facilities, office services or related experience
  • Diploma holder or above degree is desired
  • Ability to become proficient with various software applications specific to the firm’s needs
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
