This new role will predominately focus on how we take Assurance to market and elevating our presence in relation to Audit in growth markets, working with our central C&I team, and our Audit & Assurance Global & North South Europe Marketing team. Your role will be heavily focused on building the marketing strategy and executing specific campaigns focused on client issues. During your tenure as a Marketing & Communications Manager, you will demonstrate your capabilities in the following areas:

  • To work with the Assurance leaders and teams to develop marketing strategies and campaigns for key propositions and growth areas, for example, ESG, Blockchain, Accounting, Regulatory Assurance, SAP4 Hanna and Analytics
  • Work with the relevant Audit leaders who are leading on key campaigns focused on updates to accounting standards (such as IFRS) or relevant insights focused on the audit of the future
  • Manage and deliver all A&A internal communications including newsletters and the intranet
  • Develop and deliver the internal communication plan for Audit & Assurance
  • Manage external marketing activities including events, sponsorships, webinars, social media, website, blogs, and newsletters, elevating our brand and market presence
  • Work closely with the central team to ensure that A&A can leverage any DME industry campaigns, along with leveraging any global A&A campaigns
  • Develop insight on market intelligence and activity in relation to target clients and align with our communication plans (external)
  • Ensure that campaign plans and activities within them, ‘start with the client’ and are aligned to the principles of insightful, focused, targeted, and bespoke
  • Draw meaningful conclusions from reporting on campaigns and initiatives, providing clear ROI, as well as identifying areas of improvement and opportunity
  • Engage with the wider C&I community (internal agency – marketing delivery, creative studio, digital and, PR, Brand etc., as well as C&I Leads for other relevant dimensions), in order to deliver the plan
