Audit & Assurance | Resource Planner - Experienced Associate Admin

During your tenure as a Resource Planner Admin, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Maintain confidentiality of all internal company's and clients’ information.
- Perform day to day CRM related activities, including verifying classifying, computing, posting and recording clients.
- Ensure all customer data is complete, accurate, up-to-date, consistent and compliant, managing data cleansing activities where required.
- Design and produce dashboards/reports to provide in-depth analysis of the Sales data as per request.
- Work with the CRM Manager to ensure CRM system is configured to ensure a high level of data quality.
- Ensure integrity of the data is maintained at all times and that everything has been captured in accordance with defined standard procedures, company best practices
- Reflect all CRM engagements on the planning tool, RPViewer.
- Update RPViewer regularly to reflect all changes in the schedule, resolve clashes, etc..
- Liaise with Managers and leaders to reflect all engagements on the audit schedule.
- Perform regular reconciliations between actual and planned hours to ensure completeness.
- Plan all resources on the schedule and within budget, including inventory counts and any other ad-hoc assignments.
- Maximize staff utilization by planning unassigned resources to engagements.
- Set up meetings to resolve conflicts on the schedule.
- Include all planned annual leaves, study leaves, trainings, holidays and any other similar time.
- Reflect all on-boarded and off-boarded staff on the planner (i.e., new joiners & leavers).
- Collaborate with Learning leader to obtain and reflect all learning requirements on the schedule
- Report staff surplus and shortages / manpower requirements.
- Prepare timesheets & productivity reports against schedule
- Submit data for dashboard preparation. Analyze dashboard data for accuracy and communicate trends and concerns to leadership.
- Perform other relevant tasks as deemed necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Business Majors)
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience
- Proven experience in Data Analysis
- Demonstrated experience in Resource Planning
- Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Management)
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
