Audit & Assurance | Internal Client Services – Office Support Assistant – Associate

During your tenure as an Office Support Assistant, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas: 

  • Maintain required filing system.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the office pantry.
  • Wash all pantry utensils.
  • Serve drinks to all staff for assigned floor as requested & as available.
  • To assist with the Receptionist duties where required.
  • Check stock & advise the Office Manager for re-order quantities.
  • Distribute official mail and packages to the concerned department.
  • Distribute personal mails and couriers directly to the concerned person.
  • Ensure the prompt delivery of outgoing mail/couriers to all other office locations.
  • Assist in distributing any internal information by means of letters, memos etc, to staff.
  • Provide support to IT where required.
