Audit & Assurance | Audit Analytics – Assistant Manager
During your tenure as Assistant Manager in Audit Analytics, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
• Understand client business process, controls, and data in order to apply planned analytics procedures.
• Lead and manage audit analytics projects, ensuring the effective use of data analytics tools and techniques to support audit engagements.
• Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that can value add to audit engagement teams.
• Work closely with Core Financial Audit Teams to discuss the results of planned analytics procedures.
• Perform review of step by step details of the procedures performed.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Communication effectively with relevant client personnel as well as Financial Audit Teams.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification in data analytics/data science is a plus.
• Ability to solve a business problem using an analytical solution with assistance from the Analytics Managers/Partner and to implement the same.
• Strong analytical skills and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python.
• Experience in extracting data from client systems using custom query.
• Working knowledge and proficiency with BI visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Comfortable working with large data sets.
• Exposure to basic Financial Audit Methods and Business Process Controls is an advantage.
• Ability to promote ideas and work effectively with all levels with the organization.
• Ability to lead the field and work with Junior team members.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Excellent Written/Oral communication skills.
