The successful candidate’s key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Key Responsibilities:
· Update, maintain and manage the central Independence system.
· Liaise with client-facing personnel in updating the central Independence system.
· Address queries received in a timely and accurate manner.
· Perform monitoring exercises and checks related to the central Independence system, as required.
· Effectively communicate and implement independence policies and procedures.
· Remain updated with developments and changes related to independence policies and procedures.
· Support team members with other Independence-related tasks.
Qualifications:
· Undergraduate degree in any field.
· Ability to explain technical concepts to inexperienced users.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent computer literacy.
· Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
