We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Social Media Associate to join our Brand, Marketing & Eminence team in the Middle East. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in digital marketing and social media management within a prestigious global firm. You will support the creation, execution, and optimization of social media strategies to enhance Deloitte’s brand presence and engagement across multiple platforms.

During your tenure as a Social Media Associate, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas: 

  • Work with the digital marketing team to create and implement social media marketing plans for Deloitte in the Middle East.
  • Assist in managing the presence of all of Deloitte’s social media accounts as well as publishing dashboards tailored to the Middle East audience.
  • Support the development and scheduling of engaging content aligned with Deloitte’s brand guidelines and business objectives to ensure proper brand representation externally.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Help track and report on social media performance metrics, using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements for the future.
  • Engage with online communities and respond to comments or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop creative strategies to increase followership and engagement.
  • Coordinate content creation plans for Deloitte’s employee advocacy program as well as assist in program growth plans.
  • Stay updated on regional social media trends, cultural nuances, and compliance requirements relevant to the Middle East market.
  • Assist in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) planning and reporting as well as support businesses in optimization actions.
  • Explore the use of new social tools in line with our business and strategy that demonstrate innovation.

Qualifications:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree/BA/BS in marketing, communications, business administration or related fields required.
  • Digital marketing certificates or trainings.
  • 1-2 years of experience, preferably in digital marketing, social media, and site management.
  • Team player with ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, trends, and best practices
  • Good knowledge in Google, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn advertising platforms as well as analytics tools.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive campaigns from the target audience’s view.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills; with an ear for authentic, persuasive language, strong listening skills, and quick understanding of audience and content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perfect command of Arabic and English.
