During your tenure as Associate, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

  • Act as a single point of contact and oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the proposal portal ensuring seamless operations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather, review, and upload proposal documents, ensuring compliance with submission deadlines.
  • Lead project delivery efforts, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of proposal submissions
  • Monitor portal activity, track submissions, and generate regular status reports for leadership and stakeholders
  • Implement best practices for data security, confidentiality, and compliance within the portal.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the team for all project related queries and feedback.
  • Responsible for the performance management of the team members
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of portal processes, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new users on portal functionalities and best practices.
  • Support the team lead with MI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in proposal management or a related role, preferably within professional services, consulting, or financial services.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple RFPs simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting, editing, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, legal, finance, and subject matter experts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management software/tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and document management platforms.
