During your tenure as an Associate in the Brand Marketing and Eminence (BME) team, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
Key Responsibilities
Industry Marketing Support
- Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives for priority industries, ensuring alignment with overall growth objectives and the BME strategy.
- Oversee all brand, marketing and eminence planning, execution and delivery of campaigns for two key priority industries, ER&I and FS.
- Create campaign elements including content development, creative asset management, and digital amplification across Deloitte channels.
- Collaborate with industry leaders, subject matter experts and the wider BME team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for Deloitte’s industry eminence.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics, ensuring insights and lessons learned are captured for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate closely with regional, NSE, and Global eminence marketing counterparts, to align regional marketing efforts with global brand strategies, ensuring seamless integration and amplification of Deloitte’s brand eminence.
Events Coordination and Delivery
- Support the planning and coordination of Deloitte Middle East’s regional and industry events, including flagship, client, and market programs.
- Assist in pre-event management — timelines, vendors, and production partners to ensure efficient execution.
- Provide on-ground support during key strategic MDM events, ensuring seamless coordination across logistics, branding, stakeholder management, and client engagements to deliver a high-quality Deloitte experience.
- Set the marcomms strategy and create unique and engaging marcomms material, including comms notes, d.com webpages, social media campaigns, etc.
- Coordinate post-event activities including feedback collection, reporting, and amplification across digital and internal channels.
- Contribute to maintaining the regional events calendar and supporting event governance processes to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
Collaboration and Innovation
- Assist in sourcing, managing, and coordinating with internal creative vendors and external agencies to deliver high-quality material and campaigns.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, across seniorities, ensuring close collaboration and accurate process compliance.
- Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance marketing efficiency, creativity, and client impact.
- Champion innovation by proposing and implementing new ideas, tools, or process improvements that enhance efficiency, elevate client experiences, and create additional value for the firm.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business-related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within professional services or related sectors.
- experience in event planning, campaign coordination, or marketing operations within a professional or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including campaign development, brand management, and digital marketing channels.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic speaker preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word
