As an Associate in Deloitte’s regional Brand, Marketing & Eminence (BME) team, you will support the implementation and delivery of marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and events that align with the business line’s strategy. You will work closely with marketing colleagues and business teams to ensure effective communication and brand consistency.
- Assist in planning and delivering marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities and Deloitte’s global standards.
- Support the review of thought leadership content and provide recommendations for alignment and quality.
- Collaborate with digital teams to collect campaign metrics and assist in reporting.
- Create internal and external communications such as invitations, press releases, and announcements.
- Coordinate event logistics including venue research, vendor liaison, mailing lists, and event material preparation.
- Provide on-site support at events and assist with post-event data collection and ROI analysis.
- Maintain marketing activity trackers and assist in producing reports as required.
- Ensure marketing materials and communications comply with Deloitte’s brand guidelines.
- Support updating content on webpages and internal/external collateral.
- Assist with internal data repositories and competitor activity monitoring.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business-related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within professional services or related sectors.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) and basic design skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic speaker preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality.
- Calm and professional under pressure.
- Proactive self-starter with eagerness to learn and grow.
- Team player with flexibility to support events and work outside standard hours when needed.
