Duties and Responsibilities

        Collect, clean, and manage financial and operational data used in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

        Support the preparation of management reports, including variance analysis, headcount tracking, and utilization summaries.

        Create and update PowerPoint decks used for leadership meetings, financial reviews, and monthly performance updates.

        Use analytics tools to develop dashboards and visual reports that track KPIs, trends, and financial performance.

        Assist in automating manual reporting processes and improving data flows.

        Perform detailed variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget/Forecast) and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.

        Consolidate and analyze financial data (revenues, costs, headcount, utilization, margins) for reporting to leadership.

        Partner with operational and finance teams to provide commentary and actionable insights on business performance.

       Monitor KPIs and business drivers to support commercial decision-making and resource allocation.

Education and Experience

        Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or other relevant degree

        Excellent English communication skills: verbal and written

        Excellent Arabic communication skills: verbal and written

        Based in Lebanon, Beirut.

        Experience with an International Company and preferably consulting firm

        Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience 

        Extremely well organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills

        Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

        A self-starter that can work independently and can take charge of the role with minimal supervision

        A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills

        Analytical and problem-solving skills

        Effective verbal and written communication skills

        Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

        Microsoft office skills (MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel)
