Duties and Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, and manage financial and operational data used in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Support the preparation of management reports, including variance analysis, headcount tracking, and utilization summaries.
• Create and update PowerPoint decks used for leadership meetings, financial reviews, and monthly performance updates.
• Use analytics tools to develop dashboards and visual reports that track KPIs, trends, and financial performance.
• Assist in automating manual reporting processes and improving data flows.
• Perform detailed variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget/Forecast) and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data (revenues, costs, headcount, utilization, margins) for reporting to leadership.
• Partner with operational and finance teams to provide commentary and actionable insights on business performance.
• Monitor KPIs and business drivers to support commercial decision-making and resource allocation.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or other relevant degree
• Excellent English communication skills: verbal and written
• Excellent Arabic communication skills: verbal and written
• Based in Lebanon, Beirut.
• Experience with an International Company and preferably consulting firm
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience
• Extremely well organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• A self-starter that can work independently and can take charge of the role with minimal supervision
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Microsoft office skills (MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel)
