The Role

The successful candidate will be supporting the Consulting Quality and Risk Management Team in various aspects.

This is a unique opportunity to engage in cross-border collaboration with Deloitte professionals across the Deloitte network, broadening your knowledge and building your competencies and skills.

The successful candidate’s key responsibilities include, among others:

  • Scheduling calls and managing the central Consulting QRM diary and inbox
  • Managing and updating QRM’s SharePoint site
  • Managing and arranging QRM Training sessions
  • Drafting and circulating required communications to the Business as needed
  • Arranging travel, accommodation as requested
  • Performing general administration tasks including formatting of documents (Power Point, Word, Excel etc)
  • Answering ad-hoc queries
  • Liaising with Practitioners, Finance, HR and Business Operations support staff on QRM related matters to gather relevant data
  • Understanding QRM’s policy and processes
  • Developing a deep understanding of our Consulting service offerings
  • Working, including independently, within an environment where requirements change frequently and therefore this role is also likely to change and expand with time
  • Building a network throughout the delivery excellence functions across the member firms

Requirements

2.       Experience, qualifications & skills

  • This position is under Qualtity Risk Management, quality assurance experience is a plus
  • Undergraduate degree from a reputable University in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a demanding workload effectively and to be responsive
  • Experience of dealing with multiple senior stakeholders
  • Strong time management skills with ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure with a flexible approach
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to finishing tasks to the highest standards
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written 
  • Fluent in Arabic
  • Good level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
