During your tenure as an Assistant Manager, you will support the People & Purpose (P&P) team in working on practice initiatives, and collaborating with teams to develop Talent Acquisition Strategy and you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

  • Provide recruitment services within the Middle East region to meet the business needs.
  • Increase engagement of key business stakeholders.
  • Develop recruitment plans and innovative sourcing strategies for expertise across.
  • Understand requisitions and develop detailed job descriptions to meet the job requirement. 
  • Create comprehensive market mappings for specific niche markets. 
  • Build relationships with internal and external networks and relationships to support candidate identification and sourcing.
  • Take full ownership and accountability to identify and source quality candidates. 
  • Engage with business stakeholders and obtain their involvement in the recruitment process. As well as advise them on HR issues and strategies.
  • Conduct candidates’ interviews, selection, and competency frameworks. 
  • Advise on most suitable sourcing strategies and establish delivery timelines for each position. 
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities are managed through the recruitment management system – ATS system.
  • Enhance employee engagement and culture.
  • Manage workforce planning and analytics.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promoting a positive work environment.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree a plus.
  • Expert knowledge of direct sourcing methodologies from research to talent mapping.
  •  Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, headhunting, or executive search
  • A detailed understanding of selection tools and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple recruitment campaigns to tight deadlines and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience gained either in-house or in a search environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A positive, willing, and can-do attitude.
  • The ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Highly resilient and able to work under pressure.
