The Eminence Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s thought leadership agenda. This role involves managing the development, review, and launch of high impact thought leadership content and initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation, influence, and market positioning. The candidate will collaborate closely with internal experts, external partners, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and effective dissemination of eminence materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, development, and execution of thought leadership strategies aligned with business objectives, firm strategy and ambition.
- Manage the end-to-end process of thought leadership content creation, including research, drafting, review cycles, and finalization.
- Work closely with partners, directors, and other stakeholders to identify key topics and validate content that showcases Deloitte's expertise and insights.
- Oversee the launch and promotion of thought leadership pieces such as reports, whitepapers, articles, and certain events.
- Monitor and analyze the impact and reach of thought leadership initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication of eminence materials by being proactive in content production rather than reactive to the market.
- Conduct research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for thought leadership initiatives and to position the organization as a market leader.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and digital teams to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Ensure all thought leadership content adheres to brand guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Support the development of briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in thought leadership, corporate communications, content development, or a related eminence role.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce compelling and insightful content.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and compelling content.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
