An exciting opportunity exists to join the regional Brand, Marketing & Eminence (BME) team at Deloitte. This role is pivotal in supporting Deloitte’s business lines by delivering strategic brand, marketing, and eminence initiatives that drive growth, differentiation, and client engagement across the region. You will work closely with business teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and eminence programmes that align with Deloitte’s purpose and business priorities.
As an Assistant Manager in BME, you will play a key role in elevating Deloitte’s market presence, strengthening client relationships, and positioning the firm as a trusted advisor through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Support the execution of brand, marketing, and eminence strategies tailored to Deloitte’s business lines and service offerings to drive brand differentiation, client acquisition and growth.
- Collaborate with business teams to develop targeted marketing plans that reflect market trends, client needs, and Deloitte’s strategic priorities.
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns leveraging digital channels, social media, events, and thought leadership to enhance Deloitte’s brand visibility and eminence.
- Develop and manage content that showcases Deloitte’s expertise, insights, and client success stories, ensuring alignment with global and regional messaging frameworks.
- Use data and market insights to measure campaign effectiveness, optimise marketing activities, and inform decision-making.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing assets, including digital content, videos, events, and client communications.
- Ensure marketing activities comply with Deloitte’s brand guidelines, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay abreast of emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance Deloitte’s marketing capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in brand or marketing, ideally within professional services, financial services, or consulting sectors; agency experience is a plus.
- Experience working in multinational or matrixed organisations is preferred.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, content marketing, marketing automation, and analytics.
- Knowledge of the regional market and cultural nuances is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, with advanced presentation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing technology platforms.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
