  • During your tenure as a Manager in the Real Estate Strategic Projects team, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
  • Supporting municipalities, town planning departments, other regional authorities and mega-projects in real estate sector initiatives, business planning and development viability assessment.
  • Real estate development, market/financial due diligence, and strategy.
  • Assets activation and optimization opportunities
  • Land development and management strategy
  • Developing business cases for real estate projects
  • Demand determination, benchmarking, development brief and phasing plan.
  • Integrating with other teams within the firm's practice, other work we undertake includes city strategy, funding and financing, business readiness, economic assessment, among others.
  • Being a primary point of contact for clients, managing the delivery of engagements, undertaking the preparation of client reports, undertaking development appraisals, and working with clients and their design teams to deliver strategies to support real estate development projects. The work will cover residential, office, retail, hospitality and industrial sectors and city planning strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Educated to graduate level, with a Real Estate or related (Economics, Geography, Finance, Business) degree.
  • RICS accredited course an advantage, though high-performing graduates with non-Real Estate qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in strategy and/or real estate consulting.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • A high level of numerical competence, with experience of using MS Excel, Power BI and/or other data analytics tools.
