During your tenure as a Manager/Senior Manager you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas 

  • Lead the Implementation of business friendly centralized IAM controls framework that consistently enforces identity and access policy across IT infrastructure, and application access into a common, service-oriented architecture to be integrated with existing and new applications for the delivery of secure access control; 
  • Develop identity management strategies, architectures and implementation plans; 
  • Understand complex business and information technology management processes; 
  • Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods and tools to support service offering or industry projects; 
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and share your knowledge while leveraging prevalent methodologies; 
  • Ability to manage a number of projects and manage stakeholder expectations; 
  • Desire to work in a constantly changing environment as part of a team of IT Security Advisors; 
  • Identify potential opportunities and opening new markets.

Qualifications: 

  • University Degree in Computer Science or related field /M.S. degree is preferred; 
  • 7+ years of experience in identity management industry; 
  • Experience in leading IAM products (Oracle, Sailpoint, Aveksa, Ping as an example); 
  • Understanding of various IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID); 
  • Experience with Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design including directory schema, namespace and replication topology experience; 
  • Experience with Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification; 
  • Understand information security principles and best practice (e.g., ISO27001 and ISF Standards of Good Practice for Information Security; 
  • Qualifications such as CISSP, CCNA and CCNP; 
  • Certifications from leading vendors; 
  • An awareness of Security architecture is a preference;
