As a Brand Communications & Marketing Associate your responsibilities include:
• Executing communication plans for key campaigns
• Building relationships with relevant key account teams/industry groups and supporting their efforts
• Implementing communication campaigns in line with industry and business objectives
• Support at events by being present onsite to oversee deliverables from a brand and other aspects in alignment with objectives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for event-related logistics and other
• Assessing needs, writing, editing, producing, and managing distribution of internal and external communication content
• Researching, contributing best practices, and participating in discussions to improve marcomms.
• Maintaining processes to ensure high-quality communication deliverables and driving continuous improvement.
• Identifying opportunities to leverage messages or best practices from other areas of the organization and the external environment.
• Overseeing and implementing all digital communication outputs produced by internal teams.
• Collaborating with teams across the business to feed into the social media content calendar.
• Creating KSA-specific content (written and visual elements) for social media and beyond
• Reviewing content and contributing Arabic social media captions for reports and campaigns
• Identifying key business influencers on social media and devising ways to engage with them.
• Engaging with key media outlets in the Kingdom aiming to build relationships and increase Deloitte coverage in the market.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree/BA/BS in marketing, communications, business administration or related fields required.
• Up to 2 years of experience, preferably in communications department 
• Team player with ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to contribute new ideas as well as translate concepts into practical and executable plans.
• Hands-on, can-do attitude, i.e., rolls up sleeves to prepare for events and contributes directly as part of a team to prepare marketing collateral.
• Self-motivated with good project management skills
• Perfect command of Arabic and English, French is an asset.
• Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proficiency in creating and reviewing bilingual content (English and Arabic)
• In-depth understanding of how we communicate on X as an organization
• Strong planning and collaboration skills
• Great research abilities to stay informed on recent trends and news in the KSA region
