Role Summary:
As the Chief of Staff at Deloitte in Amman, you will play a critical role in supporting the executive leadership team by driving operational efficiency, facilitating strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination across various functions. This high-impact role requires exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
• Assist in developing and executing strategic initiatives in alignment with Deloitte’s business objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders based on data analysis and market trends.
2. Operational Excellence:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the leadership office, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Act as a liaison between leadership and other teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
3. Project Management:
• Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to overcome challenges.
4. Leadership Support:
• Prepare materials for executive meetings, presentations, and reports.
• Facilitate decision-making by providing clear, concise, and well-researched information to the leadership team.
5. Team Coordination:
• Manage and prioritize the leadership team’s schedules and commitments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing insights and acting as a sounding board.
6. Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the leadership team in meetings and events as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to set up targets, planning, & accurate forecasting & develop and refine strategies to enhance operational efficiency within the Core Business Operations portfolio.
• Reporting
- Financial Reporting: Responsible for all financial reporting and providing comprehensive financial insights.
• Performance Monitoring: Tracks performance metrics & generate accurate forecast from P-Code, Pipeline etc. in addition to the consolidation of the monthly closing report.
• 8+ years of professional experience
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
