During your tenure at the Forensic & Financial Crime team , you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

·       Actively participate in decision making with engagement management and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions.

·       Generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo

·       Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and / or implement products and services

·       Play substantive / lead role and engagement planning, economics, and billing

·       Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services

·       Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.

·       Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

·       Understand clients' business environment and basic risk management approaches

·       Participate in proposal development efforts

·       Work with teams to support key clients (which might cover areas around Digital Forensics, Electronic Discovery, Regional Court Disputes, Arbitration & International Litigation, Fraud Risk Management & Advisory and Investigations)

·       Helping clients manage, investigate, and mitigate financial crime threats, disputes, and compliance challenges through advanced tools, trusted expertise, and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ACCA, CFA, CPA or equivalent Certifications.
  • Also, Certifications such as GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), GIAS Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE), GIAS Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA), EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE) or similar are a plus.
  • Relevant experience of 3 to 8 years.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office suite solutions.
  • An ideal candidate would be someone who has helped to identify risks in different institutions from different perspectives such as financial crime compliance, Forensic technology and analytics, Fraud and misconduct investigations, Disputes, litigation, and arbitration support, Risk advisory and consulting, Data governance and eDiscovery.
  • Proven track record on business development, sales, and delivery of risk management advisory engagements.
  • Should have experience in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.
  • Experience in power BI and dashboards is a plus.
  • Should have proven presentation skills, and ability to inspire and deal with a cross-functional team.
  • Should have exposure and understand the Middle East market culture and dynamics.
  • Big4 or consulting experience is a must.
  • Flexibility to travel is a must.
